She’s seen thousands of resumes, worked with dozens of hiring managers, and conducted hundreds of interviews. April has worked within many areas of hiring including operations, sales, technology, audit, analytics, and much more.
After only two years in recruiting, she was selected to work on an executive recruiting team and began placing leaders with total annual compensation packages of over $600,000.
